We practise mindfulness in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
An evening of mindfulness consists of guided, silent, and walking meditation, a reading of Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings and an opportunity to participate in mindful sharing.
We conclude with a reading of the Five Mindfulness Trainings.
We meet on the first and third Thursday of every month from 7-9pm at
